This feature which allows a Webjammer to copy an entire page has been in Webjam's to-do list for a while. Then we read a forum discussion about it in our Webjammers' Forum, and realised that some of you needed it asap! We prioritised it accordingly, and now it's launched.

Every time you add a new page to your webjam, you now have an additional option - you can replicate the existing page.

You can choose one of the following options:

1. Replicate the existing page - this will create an exact copy of the page you are currently on. All the modules will be copied, with the appropriate content. So for example - if you have a blog module, a new blog module will be created in the new page (without any content), if you have a bulletin or a forum, the new page will include those too. Note that if you have a photo module, the new page will include a photo module with the photos displayed in the same way they are on the page if you chose 'allow replication' in the module settings.

2. Create a new page, using one of the following templates:
- A blank page
- A message board page
- A photos page
- A blog page

Note one more improvement - you can now choose NOT to include the new page in the page navigation module of the other pages of your webjam.

By default, any new page is included in the navigation of all other pages of a webjam.
Sometimes, you don't need all pages to link to every other page and this feature is exactly for this scenario. If you untick this box, the page will not be included in any of the navigation modules on the other pages. If you do want to include it on some of them - you can do it manually.

Webjam has launched a new feature to make life easier and more fun for Webjammers. Many of you use the homepage as a starting point for your Webjam activity so we’ve made changes to make this page a little more personal. Now, when you go to www.webjam.com and Sign in, you will be welcomed to your personalised homepage.

We’ve collected goodies from around Webjam, so that your Signed in homepage will include content and tools to help you manage your life on Webjam.

Your Signed in homepage will include the following:
A personalised welcome area that will help you manage your webjams – you can start a new webjam and have direct access to the webjams you’ve already created. If you click on your username a window with your Mini profile will appear so you can edit your details.

The From the factory section remains in its usual position. This is where we share our news and display the best, most exciting, fun and interesting webjams.

News from Webjam with links to our most recent blog posts keeping you up-to-date about Webjam.

The activity log module lists the activities on webjams you are a member of, and the activities of your friends. This is a great tool to catch up with what’s being going on and to discover new things! If you want to view the activity log while on another webjam, you can use the ‘activity’ link in the top bar.

The Signed in homepage is a personal place that only you see, and only when you’re signed in.

If you miss the regular Webjam homepage, fear not - it still exists! To see it all you need to do is sign out (using the link on the top right corner) – and viola! You are back to the regular homepage.
